Project Summary
The team at the McLaren Vale Event Centre came to me wanting a website for their wedding and function venue, with a similar design to their main council website, McLaren Vale & Fleurieu Coast.
As an events venue, with a strong focus on weddings, I kept the design similar as requested but focused on softer, neutral tones, rather than some of the brighter ones used on the main tourism website. Great pictures of their beautiful spaces really helped to bring this site to life and show the gorgeous spot that they offer.
Ensuring that the site was also easy for people to navigate was also important, and so we created a booking flow which first directs them to deposit via an embedded Bookeasy account and then directs back to a booking form for them to complete for more details.
